Setup is typically completed 1–2 hours before sunset, giving you time to get ready before your movie starts.

Will there be a technician present during the event?

No — after setup, our technician will walk you through basic operation (audio, playback, etc.), so you won’t need someone onsite. You can request one for additional an additional charge.

When is pickup?

Pickup happens approximately 3.5 hours after sundown. Generally 11 pm - 11:30 pm

Yes! Additional time can be added by the hour. Next day pickup is also available. Please let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.
